2. Is Enroute a shipping auditing company?
No. While Enroute offers an analytical solution to give customers insight into how they are currently shipping, our primary focus is shipment execution. We have partnered with a reputable auditing company, MTC Recoveries, which helps in shipping refund recovery, parcel freight auditing, and customized reporting.
3. Is Enroute a shipping carrier?
Enroute is not a shipping carrier. By leveraging shipping information realized in our analytics solution, ShipIt! Portal will provide you with the best carrier option among multiple global and regional carriers, whether your preference is based on low cost, quality or time-in-transit. Enroute provides an end-to-end solution that integrates with order management solutions, label printers, scales, scanners and more.
4. Does Enroute offer rate shopping among the carriers?
Rate shopping is extremely slow, which is one of many reasons why we do not offer this feature. Our customers currently print their shipping labels with us in under one second or less- a benefit we could not provide if we offered rate shopping.
5. How will this affect my National Brand carrier discount?
Our customers have not seen a change in their carrier discounts with the use of our solution, even while implementing significant savings with the use of multiple carriers.
6. How does Enroute differentiate itself from its competitors?
Enroute leverages its database of customer shipments and applies state-of-the-art analytics, finding the best way to get your package from point A to point B. In addition, Enroute does not charge upfront costs or require any obligation- we will only work with you if we can save your business time and money.
7. How much time will this process take?
ShipIt! Analytics typically takes 24 hours to process. ShipIt! Portal is determined on a per customer basis; however, it typically takes from 2 hours to 7 days to on board.
8. Can Enroute integrate with my current software?
Yes, Enroute can help you determine a custom solution to fit your business needs, whether overlaying on your current software or replacing it altogether.
